Dr. Garry Del Conte, Psy. D. :  Clinical Director and Co-Founder

Dr. Del Conte has practiced psychology in Tennessee since 1982, specializing in child and family therapy. He earned his doctoral degree from Hahnemann Medical College and completed post doctoral training in Structural Family Therapy with Salvador Minuchin at Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic and Advanced Intensive Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy with Marsha Linehan at the Linehan Institute in Seattle. He is board certified in clinical psychology with The American Board of Professional Psychology and he is a Linehan Board Certified DBT Clinician. He is a Fellow of The American Academy of Professional Psychology and the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapy. His research interests include process and outcome studies on adapting Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for children and adolescents in partial hospital care.

Tina C. Mills, MSW:  Administrator and Co-Founder of  Daybreak
Tina obtained her master’s degree from The University of Kentucky and her undergraduate from The University of Tennessee at Martin.  Since 1986, Tina has established partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient resource centers, for major hospital corporations.  Tina has also served in the capacity of  Program Director, Director of Social Services, and Director of Mental Health Services for inpatient and partial hospitalization programs.

Mary Catherine Chase, B.A.: Patient Care Liaison, DBT Skills Trainer
Mary Catherine received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Boston University. Her responsibilities at Daybreak include: medical liaison for the Psychiatrist, assisting with day to day clinical administrative operations of the program, The Essentials Skills Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and providing targeted case management assignments.

Ashley Robinson, M.S.:  Director of Admissions
Ashley received her master’s degree in psychology from The University of Memphis and her bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College.  She oversees the admissions department at Daybreak, as well as serving as a program therapist.

Gaye McManus, B.S., Patient Care Coordinator

Gaye attended the University of Memphis. Her role as Patient Care Coordinator includes program liaison, intake coordinator, and business office manager.
